Subscription Forms Customers have the possibility to subscribe to our Newsletter. They can remove their name from the emailing list at any times by sending an email to info@dragon-fly.ca.
Registration Forms To be able to purchase products from Dragonfly Business Solutions Inc. online, the customer will be asked to fill out a registration form and to open an account. This way, the company ensures the proper communication with the customer and the tracking of the customer's order. The account can be accessed and/ or deleted by the customer at all times.
Credit card data All personal information provided by our customers, including credit card information, are encrypted, e.g. by SSL technology. The personal and credit card information provided for the purpose of an online purchase at http://www.dragon-fly.ca/is only used to complete the order and to fulfill the shipment.
Delivery Policy Xerox products Expect the regular delivery time for the ordered Xerox products on http://www.dragon-fly.ca/within the Greater Vancouver regional District (GVRD) to be 2 to 3 business days. For deliveries to areas outside GVRD additional delivery times may occur. Ideal-MBM products The delivery times for the Ideal-MBM products purchased on our website are 5 to 7 business days.
Return Policy All returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. For any return request the customer has to contact Dragonfly Business Solutions Inc. directly per email info@dragon-fly.cawith in the subject line “return + [order number]” within 7 days from purchase date. Products may be returned if they are unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returning freight and possible supplier restocking fees. Xerox products Order cancellations are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for unopened and unused Xerox products. Ideal-Mbm products Order cancellations are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee for unopened and unused Ideal-Mbm products.
